Delete your SpiralLink account

1. Delete from inside the app (recommended)

If you can still sign in, delete your account from Profile → Account → Delete Account, then confirm permanent deletion. This runs on iOS, Android, and the web app and permanently removes your account.

2. Request deletion by email (without the app)

If you cannot use the in-app flow, email us to request account and data deletion. Please include:

• The email address, phone number, or sign-in method used for your SpiralLink account
• Your display name (if you remember it)
• A clear request such as: “Please delete my SpiralLink account and associated data.”

We will confirm the request and process deletion. We may ask you to verify ownership of the account before completing the request.

3. What we delete

When your account is deleted, we remove your profile and related data, including posts, comments, likes, messages, follows, blocks, reports, notifications, entitlements, and related media, within a reasonable period using automated deletion.

4. What may be retained briefly

Residual copies may remain in backups for a short time. We may retain limited information when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or dispute resolution, as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Subscriptions and purchases

Deleting your SpiralLink account does not automatically cancel store subscriptions. Cancel App Store, Google Play, or Stripe subscriptions in the respective store or billing settings if needed.
