SpiralLink Child Safety Standards

These published standards apply to the SpiralLink app and platform (iOS, Android, and web), operated by ARIMA TANSANRIKI, K.K. SpiralLink prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

1. Prohibition of CSAE and CSAM

SpiralLink strictly prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including any sexual content, grooming, solicitation, trafficking, or exploitation involving minors, and any child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Creating, uploading, sharing, requesting, or linking to such content is forbidden. Accounts and content that violate this rule are subject to removal and permanent bans.

2. Age and underage users

SpiralLink is intended for adults (18+). Users must provide accurate age information. We do not knowingly allow underage accounts. If we learn that a user is under 18, we will take appropriate action, which may include removing content and deleting the account.

3. In-app reporting and feedback

Users can report posts, profiles, messages, and other content from inside SpiralLink using the in-app Report and Block tools. Users may also contact us by email with safety concerns. We review reports and take action consistent with these standards and our Community Guidelines.

4. How we address CSAM

When we obtain actual knowledge of CSAM or other CSAE content on SpiralLink, we take appropriate action without undue delay. This includes removing the content, restricting or terminating responsible accounts, preserving records as required by law, and cooperating with competent authorities.

5. Compliance with child safety laws

SpiralLink complies with applicable child safety laws and regulations. Where required, we have processes to report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the relevant regional authority, and to respond to lawful requests from authorities.

6. Child safety point of contact

For notifications from Google Play, Apple, partners, or the public about CSAE or CSAM related to SpiralLink, contact our designated child safety point of contact. This contact can discuss enforcement and review procedures and take action when required.

7. Related policies

These standards work together with our Community Guidelines, Terms of Use, and Privacy Policy. Violations may result in content removal, account restriction, or permanent suspension.
